The metal end cap is suitable for ending cords with a diameter of 4 mm. Using pliers (ideally with narrow flat jaws 070813 or 090983), spread the end a little and insert the cord. Then it is important to push the pin on the end so that it passes through the center of the cord - this procedure will fix the cord. Finally, just press the longitudinal edges of the end back into its original shape so that it is nicely round.
